We’ve planned a day of inspiring speakers and thoughtful discussions designed to support you in reflecting on your relationship to civic action and establishing your own path to individual and collective changemaking.

Policing: What Should We Do to Ensure Equal Justice and Fair Treatment in Our Communities?

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

The goal of the National Issues Forum Dialogue on Policing is to provide an opportunity to practice respectful and engaging dialogue with students and other stakeholders from across our member campuses that will also serve as a helpful entry point for the Civic Action Academy program the following day, starting with the Civic Action Academy keynote by Jason Sole, Founder of the Humanize My Hoodie Movement, 2019 recipient of a John Legend “Can’t Just Preach” award, author of the memoir From Prison to PhD, and former President of the Minneapolis NAACP.

View the dialogue guide here: Policing (Prepublication Draft).
